Frequently Asked Questions

Wondering if we’d be the right fit?

Choosing a brand and web designer is a big decision, and I want you to feel confident in the process. Below you’ll find answers to the most common questions I hear from business owners like you—so you know exactly what to expect before we start.

  • Packages give you clarity from the start: You know exactly what’s included, the timeline, and the investment. Unlike hourly billing, packages are focused on outcomes, not minutes, so you get a complete solution designed to meet your goals without surprise costs.

  • My packages typically cover strategy sessions, a complete logo suite, brand colors, typography, and brand guidelines. Website packages include a custom Squarespace website designed for conversions, responsive design, SEO setup basics, and launch support. Every deliverable is built to give you confidence and consistency across your brand.

  • My packages are structured with flat rates that reflect the value and expertise you’ll receive, typically ranging from $3,000-$7,500. This means you’ll have a clear understanding of your investment upfront, with no surprise hourly bills along the way.

  • Most branding projects take 4–6 weeks, while a full brand + website package can take 8–12 weeks. I’ll guide you through a clear process so you always know what’s next and when to expect your final deliverables.

  • If your brand no longer feels like you, your website isn’t attracting the right clients, or you hesitate to send people there, it’s time. My discovery process helps uncover whether a refresh or full rebrand is the right step for your business.

  • Yes! With my Squarespace packages, you’ll receive training videos and guidance so you can confidently update your site, whether that’s swapping out photos, updating copy, or adding new pages. You’ll have full ownership of your website without needing to rely on a designer for every little change.

  • My process begins with a strategy session to better understand your business and goals. Next, I present a mood board to set the creative direction to ensures we nail the overall personality, typography, color palette, and vibe before moving into design. From there, I’ll present one fully developed brand identity system that includes your logos, variations, marks, color palette, typography, and supporting elements like patterns or textures. We’ll refine together until it feels exactly right.

This “One Concept Method” allows me to put all my creative focus into building one strong, strategic brand identity rather than spreading energy across multiple unfinished directions. The end result is a polished visual identity that resonates with your ideal clients and gives your business a clear, confident presence.

  • I partner with passionate service-based business owners. My clients include copywriters, doulas, realtors, therapists, and other heart-led entrepreneurs. I also love working with wedding professionals, interior designers, and makers.

  • I do have a website only package, but a professional brand identity (logo suite, typography, and color palette) must already be in place. This ensures your website is consistent, polished, and set up for success.

I design exclusively on Squarespace, which is user-friendly and perfect for service-based businesses who want a professional site they can easily maintain.

  • Yes! Brand only projects are usually split in two payments. Brand + web design projects can be divided into three or six monthly payments. A non-refundable deposit is due at signing to secure your spot, and I’m always open to customizing a plan if you need a different setup.

  • I don’t personally offer copywriting, but I can connect you with trusted copywriters who specialize in brand and website content.

If you’d like to DIY your copy, I provide every client with a Website Copy Workbook. It includes prompts for each page, guidance for structuring content, and tips to write confidently in your brand voice—so you’re never left guessing what to write.
