Charcuterie Rebrand & Website Update

MC Charcuterie

The Problem

Since launching MC Charcuterie in 2022, she had steadily grown a business centered around high-quality ingredients, elevated presentation, and deeply thoughtful service. She brought two years of specialty cheese experience to every board, a background in marketing and retail, and a genuine belief that celebrating people well is its own kind of art.

The business had grown significantly. Services had expanded. The quality and care happening behind the scenes had become something real clients noticed and returned for. But the brand and website hadn't kept pace. What started as a practical online presence had become a liability — not because it was bad, but because it no longer reflected the level of business MC Charcuterie had become.

The Real Challenge

The challenge wasn't simply a prettier logo or a better website.

It was uncovering what people were actually buying when they worked with MC Charcuterie.

Through the strategy process, one thing became very clear: clients weren't ordering charcuterie boards. They were investing in peace of mind. They were looking for someone who could remove stress, take care of every detail, and help create a gathering that felt effortless and memorable — without them having to think about it.

Mary Caroline's clients are busy professionals, thoughtful hosts, and women balancing careers, families, and full schedules. They care about quality. They want things to feel polished. They want their guests to feel genuinely cared for. They just don't always have the time — or the desire — to shop, prep, style, arrange, and execute it themselves.

That single insight shaped every decision that followed.

The Solution

Brand Identity

We moved away from a traditional charcuterie aesthetic and into something that felt timeless, sophisticated, and rooted in hospitality. The visual identity drew inspiration from boutique dining experiences, editorial styling, and understated luxury.

Rich, warm colors paired with custom typography created a brand that finally matched the experience clients were already receiving. And the messaging was refined around a larger, clearer purpose: Beautifully Curated Food that Brings People Together & Sparks Connection.

That tagline is a strategic shift that moved MC Charcuterie from a product-based business to an experience-based one.

Website: Wix to Shopify Migration

The next step was a digital experience that matched the new direction. We transitioned the website from Wix to Shopify in order to allow MC Charcuterie to have a stronger platform to support the growth, a better experience for customers, and a more seamless path for ordering and scalability.

The new site focused on simplifying the customer journey: clear offerings, improved navigation, streamlined purchasing, and stronger mobile functionality. The goal was ease at every single touchpoint.

The Result

Today, the brand and website feel fully aligned with the experience clients already receive when working with MC Charcuterie. Every touchpoint — from the visual identity to the ordering process — now reflects the same level of care, intention, and quality that Mary Caroline brings to every celebration.

We closed the gap between how good the business actually was and how it looked online.

The Takeaway

Mary Caroline didn't need a reinvention. She needed a brand that finally caught up to what she had already built — one that communicated the peace of mind she was actually selling, and created the kind of first impression her clients had been experiencing in person all along.
